oddly enough this reminds me of new jersey. the state which doesn’t label roads.
and now i am imagining asking for directions that go something like, “5 kilometers before the road dead ends turn left at the fairy chimney that used to be there but crumbled 10 years ago…”

Any idea of how the roads came to be where they are? Here, they followed railroads or cow paths. I wonder if that could be a clue for you?

Road names are not the norm. We discovered that long ago on the Rez. Looks like this is an opportunity for cartographer Byron?
