- The Sabbatical Year
The house hunting saga finally ends! I enjoyed telling the story but I am ready to move onto other things we’ve experienced. It has been an interesting month since we moved in and I look forward to seeing how it manifests itself on paper.
We are heading to Istanbul today for a visit to a real big city, and a reunion with my parents. We will be on the road for just over a week so don’t expect a comic until after we return. I will try to post a couple trading cards, though. We’ve got some good travel time on buses….buses equipped with WiFi.
Enjoy!
Looking forward to your take on more adventures.
You know what’s really cool? Drawing a picture of yourself in action on a squat toilet.
Takes guts, my friend.
so it was love at first sight huh?
The busses have wi-fi? I can think of a number of hotels/convention centers/coffee shops that could take a lesson from Turkish busses.
Wait. Was it free? That is key, you know…
I’m with Joc on the tiolet seat. Ouch! That sounded bad. I await the post-Istanbul edition with the eagerness that a 19th century Londoner awaited Dickens.
