A Quartermaster’s Tale, Continued

Part two of the “What-we-wished-we-hadn’t-packed” series. Actually, we did a pretty good job packing. My one major regret is frittering away loads of time to acquire certain things that ended up being readily available here in Turkey. We could have been learning some more Turkish instead of searching for mechanical pencil lead. I still don’t know how to ask for it in a store here as a result.
